If your home needs work to meet the Miki standard, our in-house design team can refurbish it for you at no upfront cost. We brief architects, manage contractors, and furnish from a curated, coast-appropriate palette.

  • 60% local materials. Sourced from Kenyan artisans and small-batch suppliers.
  • Protects the brand. A consistent Miki aesthetic across the portfolio, without making homes feel identical.
